As with urine testing, Saliva testing is suitable for all testing reasons—from pre-employment to random to post-accident. Employers typically administer saliva collections under the direct observation of the test administrator, which reduces the likelihood of donor tampering.
In addition to an immediate result, saliva drug tests can also be sent to a certified laboratory for analysis and MRO review.
