Carolyn J. Cooper and Sarah L. Kolar created C.J. Cooper (CJC) & Associates in 1990 to contract with insurance companies to perform physical exams. In 1994, CJC responded to customer demand by expanding to include third-party administration of drug and alcohol testing. The company continues to grow and solidify its service offerings and provider network, adding more trucking firms to its customer base while continuing to serve both the public and private sectors.
As a C-TPA, our expanded services include:

- Scientific, computer-generated random selections
- Forensic urine drug testing of a SAMHSA certified laboratory
CJC recently began distributing a line of point-of-care devices that allows employers to screen for the presence of prohibited drugs and alcohol using a device that provides instant, reliable test results. We are also expanding our secure online reporting of customer program results, electronic invoicing, background checks, and related DOT compliance support. While diligent in pursuing state-of-the industry innovation, we remain committed to providing the highest level of customer service through live customer support.
